Better folder navigation and options

- Folders should be viewable when in "All" in a Collection. I.e., you should be able to see them as part of the video list.
- Don't truncate folder names. What's the point of having folders if we can't read the names?
- Rearrange folders.
- Settings per folder, like Collections.
