Anshul I wanted to clarify that there's no need for a meeting. We let users upload videos from their dashboard in our website directly into our Gumlet account. Since they don't have access to our account on Gumlet, they won't be able to set the thumbnail by themselves. This makes it difficult for us to manage thumbnails for them. We want to set a default thumbnail to be applied automatically into the video when they upload a video.

Abdulrahman, thanks for sharing this. However, you can set the thumbnail from the API directly when the video is ready. This can be automated at your end with very minimal efforts.

Abdulrahman Mahdi you can set up a webhook for video using the guide here - https://docs.gumlet.com/docs/webhooks

And when you capture a webhook, if the video status is ready, you can use https://docs.gumlet.com/reference/select-from-image-file API to update the thumbnail with default file.

Anshul it will be great if this be on gumlet dashboard to set a default thumbnail instead of this extra code and afford. please plan to add this feature.
