Is there a possibility to implement 10 second fast forward and back function on mobile device by double tapping on the video as Youtube player has? Currently Android users does not have 10 second fast forward function at all.

For now, we have give the forward and backward button on mobile. Giving a tap based experience might take time, so closing this as we fixed it with a different solution. If you still believe that adds a lot of value. Feel free to create a new request.

I noticed there's no fast-forward 10-second feature on the Gumlet video player for Android devices (unless they have attached keyboard with arrow keys). Is there a solution available currently, or are there any plans to implement this feature in the future?

Dovile, thank you, for asking this.
Usually, the button appears on all the platforms. But if the video is vertical or less than 30 seconds in duration, it doesn't show up.
Can you share the link to your video? We can check this at our end. You can reach out to us here - https://dashboard.gumlet.com/help for faster response.

Anshul Thank you for the answer! This issue appears to be specifically on Android mobile devices. Double tapping on the video toggles fullscreen mode no matter the length of the video. Attaching the proof - Android (without fast forward function) vs iOS (with this function) users interface.
