When 403 error occurs ón an image source, we should be able to download the subsequent report at the point of increase with all affected urls

We will provide the list of URLs for a day that you choose in the date selection. This will be available to 4xx errors. 5xx errors are server side errors, and we resolve these as and when we have a spike.
