It is incredibly challenging to understand where and how to upload a video file from my computer without reading several help articles. Even then, the articles don't match what I'm seeing on the screen. There should be an interactive tutorial walking new trial users through the process of uploading their first video. I consider myself to be very technical and I was totally lost until I happened to see a button in the lower left corner of one screen that said, "Upload."
