Allow enforcing of widevine Level 1 (hardware TEE) vs the current Level 3 (software) on a per video or player level.

Widevine is already in place but screen recording can still happen easily with Level 3.

Allowing the use of Level 1 protection, per video, gives proper protection like those used by Netflix, Disney+ and Amazon.

This will raise the trust and security for Gumlet.
