I would like to be able to set a public title for videos that is different to the internal title.

So I can have an internal title that is something like "Video Version 1 Live", and an external one that is "Welcome!", or whatever.

This public title would display on public-facing pages like the Share page.

This is important because internal naming convention usually does not look good to external viewers.
