Trigger webhook for change in playlist

Right now the only trigger for webhook is status change, can you also include trigger if the playlist change? This will be helpful for us as we automatically creates video posts on our news site if the video is coming from a specific playlist.

We have added two webhooks.
- When a video is added to a playlist
- When a playlist is created
