Feature Requests

It would be good to be able to choose what happens after a video is done playing, like you can in Vimeo. For example, show the thumbnail, show the play button, call to action, other videos, a link, e-mail entry, etc.

Instead only url option, we should have an upload file option too. Feature request from jesquash@gmail.com

Subtitles currently don't have any customization possible and they don't look very good in their current format. Please allow to have custom subtitles (eg black background and white text, as allowed by other video hosting providers). Thanks

We want to order our playlists within the video library so that we can organise these better internally. If we can do Sub-playlists, that would be great as well, as it works as folders.

Our agency is into content creation for clients (similar to an agency). We use Gumlet for video hosting, management, and showcase purposes. We are anticipating publishing workflows directly via Gumlet to Facebook and Youtube primarily.

1000s of our users requested offline video support. We are currently using DRM for videos to secure our content against piracy. With DRM in place, providing offline download support is impossible. We want support from Gumlet to provide this for a better user experience.

It would be a great help to have simple reference applications to use Gumlet in different platforms (e.g. Apple TV, iOS, Android, etc.). This would make the development process faster and easier for anyone using Gumlet.

When we embed in pages, we want the video to float when people scroll down the page so the the video is always visible.

This is a suggestion to make video thumbnail more powerful. 3-4 seconds of gif instead of static image thumbnail can make the player and thumbnail engaging even without playing.
